These terms govern use of the RingBack Local website and services. RingBack Local is a service operated by Nestainnovation LLC ("RingBack Local," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Services and eligibility
RingBack Local provides missed-call follow-up, lead qualification, routing, reporting, and related setup services for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you submit. Specific deliverables, fees, and service levels are governed by the proposal or customer agreement accepted by the parties.
Estimates and results
Website calculators, examples, and projections are illustrative only. Actual calls, responses, leads, bookings, and revenue vary. We do not guarantee a particular business result.
RingBack Local SMS program
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive service-related calls and text messages from RingBack Local about your audit request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. We may send one confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP or email hello@getringbacklocal.com.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services unlawfully, deceptively, to harass others, to send messages without required consent, to interfere with systems, or to violate carrier, communications, privacy, or consumer-protection rules. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and instructions you provide.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, software, workflows, and content are owned by RingBack Local or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer them except as permitted by law or a written agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties. RingBack Local will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes, governing law, and contact
